- Not valid when comparing to items on auction sites of any kind, such as eBay.
- Item must be same brand,style,type and color.
- Item must be 100% guaranteed authentic.
- Items must be in the same or better condition.
- Item cannot be sold at wholesale pricing.
Authenticity Guarantee
All items come directly from high end department stores' overstock, customer returns, and store stock. As such, every item at Mystique Boutique is 100% guaranteed authentic. However, if you feel your item is not authentic, please follow the steps below.
- Item must be brought to an authenticator for inspection
- Report from authenticator must state that Mystique Boutique's tags were attached
to the item in question
- Report must then be mailed to us before refund will be considered
- If a refund is to be given, the original item must be returned to Mystique
Boutique. This enables us to further inspect the item and, if necessary, file a complaint with
the supplier we obtained it from.
General Terms & Conditions
- Once any tags are removed, items may not be returned.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined
that Mystique Boutique made a mistake (ie: shipped the wrong item)
- No shipping cost will be refunded when a refund is given except when Mystique
Boutique made a mistake (ie: shipped the wrong item) When shipping is free and item is returned shipping cost will be taken out of refund unless Mystique Boutique made a mistake as the ones stated above
- Insurance is available for all packages. If insurance is not purchased, lost
or damaged items due to USPS handling will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns on clearance items
